Murray Prideaux
Dr Prideaux is particularly interested in leadership and management in developing nations in the tropical environment. His research encompasses leadership-as-practice, context, health services leadership, organisational strategy and change in developing nations. He is also interested in leadership in international development, leadership in disaster situations and leadership of major motor sports events. He is currently involved in leadership research projects in Papua New Guinea, Thailand, and Australia. Dr Prideaux is a Principle Investigator of a research team investigating the impact of Sportfishing on communities in Papua New Guinea (PNG) and leading a team investigating leadership and management issues in the PNG health sector.
